How do you get started with a new client?
We begin with a discovery call to learn about your brand, goals, audience, and current social presence. After that, we move into onboarding where we gather assets, build your strategy, align on deliverables, and set the tone for a smooth, successful partnership.
What industries or business types do you work with?
We partner with local businesses, luxury wedding vendors, service-based brands, lifestyle companies, and brick-and-mortar shops. Every strategy is tailored to your industry and goals.
Which social platforms do you manage?
Our primary platforms are Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We can also support Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube upon request.
Do you require a minimum commitment?
Yes. We require a 6-month minimum. Social media growth takes time, consistency, and strategy. Six months allows us to build momentum, refine your content, and create meaningful long-term results.
Can I change or upgrade my package after we begin?
Absolutely. As your brand grows, you can adjust your package, add platforms, increase posting frequency, or include additional services like content shoots, ads, or email marketing.
What kind of results can I expect, and how long will it take?
Month 1 sets the foundation. Month 2–3 brings stronger engagement and visibility. Months 4–6 deliver deeper growth, improved brand presence, and more consistent inquiries or sales. We share monthly analytics and strategy updates so you always know what’s working.
Who handles the content creation?
We do. CM Media handles graphic design, reels, stories, captions, hashtags, and editing. Depending on your package, we’ll also come on-site for content creation or work virtually with the content you provide.
How do you measure success?
We track meaningful metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, story views, website clicks, inquiries, and overall brand visibility. You’ll receive a monthly analytics report and strategy call.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You’ll share your brand assets, account access, business info, goals, and any ongoing promotions. From there, we take the heavy lifting off your plate.
